Alberta Council of Disability Services

ACDS's mandate is to provide support to rehabilitation service providers of community-based services for people with disabilities. The goal is to ensure quality service delivery for clients. In fulfilling this mandate, ACDS does not limit its support exclusively to its members. The association's education, accreditation and advocacy efforts also have a positive effect on organizations outside the umbrella.

Canada Helps
Canada Helps, is a public charitable foundation that provides a cost effective alternative to charities needing to set up their own online donations facilities. Although your donation will be made directly to Canada Helps, the funds will sent on to WDACS when you designate us as your recipient agency.
For a nominal handling fee, Canada Helps provides secure encrypted donation services, issues charitable donation receipts, and provides the funds direct to WDACS through electronic transfer.
Please note that although your donation will be received by WDACS, it will initially be made to Canada Helps and your charitable receipt (usable as a tax deduction) will be issued by them.
